Solution 02
Smart Web Presence
Websites that turn visitors into booked customers, and that Google and AI assistants can read.
A website that gets found, gets read, and gets the booking.
Looking finished is the easy part. What makes a site smart is underneath, and it decides whether a visitor who arrives with a question stays long enough to book.
01 — What makes it smart
Smart Web Presence. A website built for conversion: designed around how people decide, with interactive tools that keep visitors on the page, on any screen. Underneath, it is built so search engines and AI assistants can find and describe you correctly, and every inquiry from its contact form is emailed to you.
The technical side
Search optimisation (SEO), answer-engine optimisation (AEO, so assistants can quote a clear answer) and generative-engine optimisation (GEO, so AI tools describe the business accurately); schema markup that states your business facts in a format machines read, matched to what the page shows; and a sitemap so every page can be found.
In every plan
Five come with every site. The chat is Always On Front Desk, added when you want the site to answer.
Built to convert. Built to be found.
- 01
Structured to convert
Built on how people decide: proof before the ask, small steps before the booking, one clear next step. At least five pages, each leading to the one a visitor wants next, so they keep reading instead of going back to the search results.
- 02
Interactive, so they stay
Tools a visitor uses rather than just reads: a price estimator, a quiz that finds the right service, a before-and-after slider of real work. We pick the ones that suit your business, and each one ends on the next step.
- 03
Want it to answer too?
That is Always On Front Desk, added to the site: its chat answers from your own FAQ at any hour, and says plainly that it’s automated. When a question isn’t covered, it takes a name and a number and sends them to you.
- 04
Found by search engines and AI
SEO for Google’s results, AEO for its answer boxes and voice assistants, GEO for AI assistants like ChatGPT. Schema markup tells each of them what you do, where, when you’re open and what you charge, so they can quote it instead of guessing.
- 05
The code behind it
A proper sitemap and robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects from your old pages, previews for when a link is shared, and compressed images, so it loads quickly and old links still land.
- 06
On every screen
Designed for the phone first, then the tablet and the desktop. The same answers and the same next step on each, with nothing to pinch, zoom or hunt for.
Read by people, and by machines.
The same page does two jobs. A visitor finds the answer and the next step; a search engine or an AI assistant finds the facts it needs to describe you to the next person who asks.
What reaches you
Inquiries from the page, and the questions your FAQ doesn’t cover, each with a name and a number, so you ring back someone who has already told you what they want.
02 — How it works
In one minute
Clarify. Guide. Make the next step obvious.
- 01
It clarifies
What you do, who it is for, and why someone should keep looking — without making them work through a wall of copy.
- 02
It guides
The structure, navigation and page hierarchy help people find the information they need across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- 03
It moves people forward
Calls, forms, booking and other approved next steps appear where they make sense instead of being buried.
- Someone arrives
- Understands what you do
- Finds what they need
- Takes the next step
What it will do
- Present your approved services and business information clearly.
- Make important actions easier to find across screen sizes.
- Give each page a clear job rather than making every page explain everything.
When a person takes over
The website should get someone to the point where a real conversation is useful. A quote, unusual request, complex decision or question requiring judgment still belongs with your team.
03 — The argument
Where it all lands
The first few seconds after they land decide whether what brought them pays off.
Every dollar spent getting someone to your door is wasted if the door doesn’t open right.
Whatever brought them, they arrive with a question. If the page answers it, the next step is booking. If it doesn’t, they go back and try the next name, and what it cost to bring them is spent either way.
This isn’t decoration. It’s the point where everything that brought them either pays off or gets thrown away.
What opening right takes
Every route lands here
An ad, a listing, a referral or an AI answer: whatever they clicked, they arrive on the same page.
It opens before they give up
Measured on your own connection, this page was ready to read in —.
Readable in their hand
Type sized for the phone they’re holding, so nobody zooms in to find a price.
The answer comes first
Price, hours and what you do sit at the top of the page they land on, not three clicks away.
It looks safe to book
HTTPS on every page, so browsers don’t flag your address as “Not secure”.
The next step is a thumb away
However far they scroll, the button that moves them forward stays in reach.
No dead ends
We scan the site for broken links regularly and redirect any address that moves, so no route ends at a 404.
04 — How this differs
Three contrasts
If you have had a website built before, this is where this one is different.
Three ways it’s not the website you’re used to.
- 01
A site builder hands you a dashboard. We build it and keep it running.
There is nothing for you to log in to or keep updated. Send a change and we make it, and every edit is saved, so any change can be undone.
- 02
A template stops at looking good. This looks the part and converts.
We start from what people ask you before they book, and build the pages to answer it in that order, with the next step always in reach.
- 03
A contact form can sit unread for days. Every inquiry is emailed to you the moment it’s sent.
Each one arrives as an email with the visitor’s name, number and question, and they get an instant reply saying it’s been received. Nothing waits in a dashboard nobody checks.
05 — Investment
Your website. Not your receptionist.
The website is your shop window. Always On Front Desk is the person at the counter who answers and books. Start with either, or both.
Pay once for the build. The monthly fee keeps it running and current.

The minimum above is where it starts: your actual quote is sent once your audit is done and its findings are delivered. Half the build fee is paid when you sign. The other half is due before the site goes live, or 15 days after we deliver the design, whichever comes first. The monthly fee starts at launch. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time, and we hand the site over. Blog posts, pages beyond five and photography are quoted separately. Want the site to answer questions and book appointments too, day or night? That is Always On Front Desk, and its chat goes straight onto this site. Prices shown here can change without notice; your signed agreement sets what you pay (Terms).
Not sure which plan fits? We’ll work it out on the call.
06 — Questions
Asked before signing
Anything else, ask it in your audit request.
The questions behind the decision.
Our site already looks good. Why would that matter?
Looking fine to a person, being read correctly by a machine, and turning a visitor into a booking are three separate problems. A site can be handsome and lose on all three.
Will this get us ranked on Google or recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can promise a ranking or an AI recommendation, and we don’t. What we build is a site that search engines and AI assistants can read and quote: the structure, the schema, the sitemap. Whether they name you also depends on what the rest of the web says about you. Making that record consistent, across your listings, reviews and directories, is AI Visibility Strategy.
Can visitors book appointments on the site?
Yes, with Always On Front Desk added. Its chat answers visitors day or night from your prices and hours and hands them the booking link, and it answers your calls and texts the same way. The site on its own emails you every inquiry.
What if we also have Always On Front Desk?
Then its chat goes straight onto your site: the site is the shop window, Always On is the person at the counter. Anything we have already set up for you, like the inquiry form, is taken off the price of whichever you buy second.
What if we already have a designer?
Then this is complementary rather than a replacement. It isn’t primarily a design service; it’s a functional one. Scope depends on where the friction actually is.
Who looks after the site once it’s live?
We do. We host it and keep it running, and the monthly plan covers the changes: a new price, new hours, a new answer on the page. A new page or section is quoted before we start.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short one. Half the build fee is paid when you sign. The other half is due before the site goes live, or 15 days after we deliver the design, whichever comes first. The monthly fee starts at launch. The first three months are the minimum; after that it’s month to month, and you can cancel any time. If you do, we send you the site’s files and point your domain wherever you choose, and hosting, any add-ons and the monthly changes stop. Your domain stays in your name throughout.
