Solution 03
AI Visibility Strategy
Your listings made to agree, and what AI says about you checked every month.
Ask AI for a business like yours. Does it name you?
The person asking doesn’t know your name yet. The answer they get is built from what the web already says about you, and your website is only one part of that.
01 — What it covers
AI Visibility Strategy. Improving the information ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and Google have when somebody asks for a business like yours. We correct the record those systems read — your listings, directories and review profiles, and on a site we didn’t build, your schema markup and the words on your pages — until it all says one consistent thing.
In every plan
All five come with every plan.
Every place AI reads about you, saying the same thing.
- 01
The profiles people see first
Your Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect and Bing Places, claimed and verified with you, and filled in with your services named the way customers ask for them.
- 02
One name, address and phone number
The directories that describe you, and the data aggregators that feed them, set to the same name, address, phone number and hours, so no source contradicts another.
- 03
Duplicates and old details
The second listing someone made years ago, the name you traded under before, the suite number from before you moved: merged, corrected or removed.
- 04
What AI says about you
We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and Google the questions your customers ask, and trace anything wrong in the answers back to the source it came from.
- 05
Your own pages, if we didn’t build them
Schema markup and page wording, fixed so your site states the same facts as everything else. On a site we built, that already comes with Smart Web Presence.
One set of facts, everywhere.
The same name, hours and services wherever an assistant looks, so the facts it gives about you are the ones you wrote down.
What reaches you
A short written note each month: the questions we asked, what each assistant said, what was wrong, and what we changed.
02 — How it works
In one minute
Clarify. Structure. Strengthen the signals.
- 01
It clarifies
Your website and public business information make it easier to understand who you are, what you do and where you serve.
- 02
It structures
Relevant pages, headings, schema and business information are organized so machines have clearer signals to interpret.
- 03
It strengthens
We look for gaps and inconsistencies that may make your business harder for search engines and AI systems to understand confidently.
- A customer asks
- Systems look for reliable information
- Your business is interpreted from those signals
- The customer gets an answer
What it will do
- Improve the clarity and structure of information you control.
- Strengthen relevant structured data where appropriate.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing signals across the surfaces being reviewed.
When a person takes over
Reptify can improve the information and structure. Your business still approves what is true, how services are described, where you operate and what claims can be made. Third-party AI systems ultimately decide what they retrieve, interpret and display.
03 — The argument
Ask it yourself
No statistic of ours. Six questions about your own business, in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Perplexity.
One out-of-date listing can make AI doubt everything else it reads about you.
Your business
Your town
What you do
Your competition
Ask them one at a time, each in a new chat
-
What is [your business] in [your town]?
Newer businesses, and ones with common names, often get mixed up with someone else.
-
What services does [your business] offer, and what do they cost?
Prices inside a photo, a PDF or a booking widget often never reach it.
-
What are [your business]’s hours, and where exactly is it?
“Hours may vary” means it found two answers and wouldn’t pick one.
-
I need [a business like yours] near [your town]. Who would you recommend?
Your name isn’t in this one. If you don’t come up, you aren’t in the running.
-
What do people say about [your business]?
Stars are a number. Only the words in your reviews can be repeated back.
-
Compare [your business] and [a competitor].
It usually says more about whichever business has published more.
Your result
Mark what came back above, and it appears here.
Want a more detailed report for your business?
Request an AuditRequest an AuditNothing you type here is saved or sent. Use a new chat for each question, temporary or private if you can: an assistant that already knows your name hands it back, and that’s recall, not visibility. How to read the answers.
Most gaps trace back to a source you can find: a listing, a directory, a review site or a page.
Put the record right, then keep asking. That is AI Visibility Strategy.
04 — How this differs
Three contrasts
If you have paid for listings or local SEO before, here is where this is different.
Three ways it’s not the listings work you’re used to.
- 01
A listings service sends your details to dozens of sites. We fix the handful AI actually reads.
We ask the assistants about you and note every source they cite. That list, not the whole web, is the job: ten listings that agree are worth more than forty that mostly do.
- 02
A one-time cleanup starts going stale. This is kept current every month.
Anyone can suggest an edit to a public listing, and data aggregators pass mistakes on to the sites they feed. Each month we check the sources again and put back whatever has drifted.
- 03
A rushed listing puts a pin on any address. We set yours up by Google’s rules.
A virtual office, or a home published as a storefront, can get a profile suspended, often after the reviews have built up. Where customers don’t come to you, we publish a service area instead of a pin.
05 — Investment
One plan, or built for you
Every client gets the record put right, your industry’s sites and your competitors watched, and what AI says checked every month. Custom adds competitor share, the sources AI cites and several locations, and goes after the most dramatic result.
Setup puts the record right. The monthly fee keeps it right.

The minimum above is where it starts: your actual quote is sent once your audit is done and its findings are delivered. Setup is paid when you sign, and your monthly fee starts 30 days after you sign. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time. Paid upgrades a directory sells, and photography, are separate. Prices shown here can change without notice; your signed agreement sets what you pay (Terms).

06 — Questions
Asked before signing
Anything else, ask it in your audit request.
The questions behind the decision.
Isn’t this the same as search optimization?
Related, not the same. Traditional search gets you into a list of links a person clicks through. An AI assistant answers directly, often without showing a list at all, and it can only describe your business from what it finds. That record is what we work on.
How do we know if we’re visible already?
That’s the first thing worth checking, before assuming either way, and it’s the first thing the audit does. If you’d rather look now, the six questions above take about ten minutes.
How soon will AI start naming us?
There’s no honest number, and we don’t promise a ranking or a placement. Assistants refresh what they know on their own schedules, and some lean partly on training data that is months old. Putting the record right is the part we control, and your monthly note shows what came back each time we asked.
We already have a Smart Web Presence site. What’s left?
The record beyond it: your listings, directories and review profiles, and checking what AI assistants actually say about you. The schema and the words on your pages already come with your site’s plan, so they aren’t charged again, and your setup and monthly fee are lower to match.
Do you get us more reviews?
No, and we never buy or write them. Asking every client for a review after a visit is the job of the Review & Reputation Manager, one of the AI Workforce Solutions workers; we make sure the profiles those reviews land on say the same thing as everything else.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short one. Setup is paid when you sign, and your monthly fee starts 30 days after you sign. The first three months are the minimum; after that it’s month to month, and you can cancel any time.
